Beach Kaz Private Estate is a privately owned beachfront sanctuary set directly on the white sand of Anse Forbans, on the unspoilt east coast of Mahé.

For over 15 years, our original Creole beachfront home—affectionately known as Beach Kaz—has welcomed guests from around the world seeking space, privacy, and the rare pleasure of stepping from garden to ocean without crossing a road. Here, life unfolds at a gentler pace, framed by the rhythm of the sea.

The estate is entering a new chapter with the addition of a contemporary beachfront villa. Thoughtfully designed to complement its natural surroundings, this new residence offers a refined contrast to the charm and heritage of the original house. Its rooftop infinity plunge pool overlooks the turquoise waters of Anse Forbans Bay and the Indian Ocean—an elevated vantage point for sunrise, stillness, and uninterrupted views.

Together, the two villas share the same exceptional beachfront setting, the same sense of seclusion, and the same owner-led care that has defined Beach Kaz for more than a decade. Whether travelling as an intergenerational family celebrating a special event, a group of friends, or as a couple in search of a quiet escape, Beach Kaz Private Estate offers an authentic and unspoilt Seychelles experience in one of Mahé’s most peaceful bays.

Beach Kaz remains proudly family-owned and personally operated, supported by our trusted and long-standing Seychellois team. Our family’s connection to hospitality in Seychelles traces back to the very beginnings of tourism on the islands, when visitors first arrived by sea. In 1934, my son’s great-grandfather founded one of the country’s earliest hotels and is widely recognised as a pioneer of Seychelles tourism.

Sharing the very best of Seychelles—and ensuring each guest enjoys a truly memorable and personal experience—remains at the heart of what we do. Like our guests, we are passionate travellers, inspired by new cultures, places, and cuisines, and we look forward to welcoming you to Anse Forbans.

Along with the national languages of the Seychelles, Creole, English and French, we speak  Spanish, Portuguese and Greek.
